Contact forms

The information you provide in the contact form is not stored in any system and will only be used to receive your message and respond to you. Although all traffic to my site is encrypted via a secure connection (SSL), we advise you not to include any sensitive data in the message.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on this site you can choose to save your name, email and website address in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors and their browsing behavior on the site. This in order to better understand the interests of our visitors and their behavior in our store. However, this is used for statistical purposes and at no time do we uniquely identify a specific person.

OtakuPahp LLC does not collect any personal data that may be shared with third parties beyond analytics data.

How long do we keep your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that we delete any personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
