USE OF THE PLUGIN:

Woo Datil - Billing Data Registration
After loading and activating the plugin you will be asked to register your billing information.

 

Woo Datil - Setting
Choose when you want to send the invoice, when the order goes to “Processing” or when it goes to “Completed”. Choose the environment you want to use and fill out the fields with your data. The “API Key” is given to you by the people at Datil.

 

Woo Datil - Billing fields
The plug-in adds to the billing information two fields to determine the type of identification and the identification used for the invoice, and a field to determine whether the company name will be used to issue the invoice. The type and identification number fields are required when the chosen country is Ecuador.

 

Woo Datil - Billing data validation
It is validated that the “Identification Number” field is a valid ID or RUC for billing. Additionally, check that a company name is added if you choose to issue the invoice in the company name.
